What's Your (BMI)?

Some nutritionists use a sensitive indicator of body composition, the body mass index (BMI) . BMI values can indicate an underweight or overweight status. I conducted tests of bodybuilders and powerlifters and I have found this calculation to be grossly inaccurate for these body types.  This is due to the large amount of muscle compared to the average person. This calculation applies to average people only.  Have fun.
